The focus of our professional services lies in the sampling of drinking water for microbiological and chemical analysis. In addition, we offer qualitative sensory analysis of drinking water and on-site determination of parameters such as electrical conductivity, pH value, oxygen level, and, if necessary, chlorine content.
Our services are particularly appreciated by clients with a large number of facilities that require regular analysis. We process the client’s property lists, conduct site inspections, determine sampling points, correspond with the responsible health authorities on behalf of the client, and monitor all ongoing deadlines for further and follow-up investigations.
Our report generation is based on clear and easily filterable MS Excel tables with graphical markings indicating contaminations or exceedances of limit values, thus completing our service package.
Our core business is the sampling and analysis of drinking water for microbial contaminants, especially Legionella. Approximately 10,900 of the facilities we manage are domestic drinking water installations. o fulfill the testing obligations of the facility operators, we also conduct site inspections upon request prior to the actual sampling. These inspections help determine the testing requirements for large-scale facilities or establish the specific sampling points.
We conduct most of the sampling as so-called systemic investigations to comply with the requirements of the Drinking Water Ordinance. They are typically carried out according to sampling purpose b) of DIN EN ISO 19458:2006. Additionally, we occasionally take random samples (Z-samples) and staggered stagnation samples (S0, S1, S2) to test for potential contamination of the water with heavy metals, particularly lead.
Our second major business field is the sampling of car wash systems, sanitary facilities, and shops at gas stations. Since 2014, we have gained experience in systematic sampling and analysis of approximately 1,350 petrol stations nationwide.
We take samples not only from portal car washes but also from conveyor car washes. In addition, we also handle self-service car wash facilities and industrial companies with in-house car washing facilities. The process involves sampling the process water tank as well as a representative number of spray nozzles or misting devices. Occasionally, we also inspect other car wash facilities owned by private or commercial owners. The inspections are conducted for occupational safety reasons and to fulfill the duty to maintain safety on premises.
We are frequently commissioned for sampling as part of quality assurance measures. This can involve so-called acceptance sampling or control investigations following previously conducted sampling that appeared insufficient or defective to the client.
Our transparent, systematic, and independent (of interestes of third parties) approach is highly valued for its integrity. The IT-supported standardized documentation also assists the facility operator in identifying and rectifying quality deficiencies with certainty.
