Due to a favorable workload, we are looking to strengthen our team and are currently seeking immediate support for our planning department. This role will involve coordinating and organizing the deployment of all internal and external samplers.

If you have a commercial background, possess strong organizational skills, and enjoy working in a team, then you are the perfect fit for our company. You can expect a role in our planning department, where you will work at a computer workstation. Currently, the department is staffed with three colleagues. Our offices are generously sized and equipped with air conditioning for a comfortable working environment. If you commute to work by car, there are ample parking spaces available directly in front of the building.

Good computer skills are required for the spatial and temporal personnel deployment planning of our samplers. Frequent use is made of MS Excel, Google and Bing Maps, as well as our company software, called Worknet, for the spatial and temporal personnel deployment planning of our samplers. In addition to creating deployment plans (routes, schedules), the preparation and distribution of sampling documentation will also be part of your responsibilities.

Moreover, your communication skills will be in demand. Our team is happy to personally answer phone calls and address any inquiries from tenants and customers, including rescheduling or canceling appointments and answering other questions.

Work starts at either 8:00 am or 9:00 am, depending on preference, and ends at 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm. Fridays have shorter working hours, with the day ending at 2:00 pm.

Depending on your previous experience in personnel deployment planning or scheduling, we offer an annual salary ranging from 30,000 to 36,000 EUR.
